Fee: $100 / table

2. Please let us know in detail information about your table
3. We have a limited number of display tables, therefore we reserve the rights to decide which table to be displayed and reject your request
4. Last day to request a display table and make payment is June 20th, 2017
5. Payment can be made by check . Check payable to VBFNA and mail to
