Dear Pastors and Churches,
The 2025 Conference of the Vietnamese Baptist Union of North America will take place from Wednesday, July 2 to Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott located at 5855 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The theme of this year's Conference is "His Wondrous Works" (Psalm 105:2) to honor the Triune God for all the blessings He has bestowed throughout the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnamese Baptist Churches in North America (1975-2025) and the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnamese Baptist Union, NA (1985-2025). This is also an opportunity to share the vision with specific tasks to be done so that we can look forward to the future in building and developing the Churches.
- The Conference begins with a Prayer Evening at 6pm on Wednesday (2/7) at Thanh Le Church in Little Saigon, Southern California. If you arrive early, please make time to attend the prayer program on Wednesday night and Thursday morning in Little Saigon. Rev. Dang Qui The, Prayer Ministry, will announce more details.
- The Conference will have worship services and lively sermons for VM and EM.
- VBS classes for children will also be exciting but profound in the Word of God.
- An in-depth workshop on the future direction of the Vietnamese Churches in North America in the next 10 years for all people in the main meeting room with Panel Discussions on Friday afternoon.
- The graduation program of the VBTS will also bring an exciting atmosphere to the students, families and friends on Friday evening.
- The Conference will also hear from historical figures telling historical stories of the Union during the Interview Hour on Saturday morning.
- The Music Night is being carefully prepared with all genres such as singing, dancing, music, and drama, showing the continuity of 3 generations of Vietnamese in the Church on Saturday night.
- Retired pastors or widowed pastors, without financial support from the local church or agencies, will be given a gift of $200 by the Vietnamese Baptist Union during the Pastor & Wive’s Gathering on the opening evening of the Conference.
