Washington D.C., January 16, 2012

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

On behalf of the Vietnamese National Baptist Fellowship, it is with great pleasure that we invite you to attend the 28th Vietnamese Baptist Fellowship Conference (the “28th Conference”).  It is an honor and an immense opportunity for the Mid-Atlantic churches to host this year’s conference.  The 28th Conference will be held from Wednesday, July 4, 2012 through Saturday July 7, 2012 in Washington, D.C.

This year’s theme will be, "Here Am I, Send Me!" from Isaiah 6: 8, which is a response from the command of God to spread the good news of His Word throughout the world.  Isaiah heard God’s calling and simply responded, “Send Me.”  Like Isaiah, we pray that you will come and participate in the 28th Vietnamese National Baptist Conference with an open heart to seek God's grace and accept the mission to spread His love.

 Held at the Hyatt Dulles, the 28th Conference is the second Vietnamese Baptist Fellowship Conference in the Washington, D.C. area since the 11th Conference in 1995.  The Hyatt Dulles is located at 2300 Dulles Corner Boulevard, Herndon, Virginia 20171, approximately 3 miles from the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).  The Hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus service, along with complimentary pick up/drop off service from the local host churches for all our conference guests.

 Nearby Washington, D.C. offers conference guests a unique opportunity to be at the epicenter of our country’s political backdrop, and immerse oneself in the myriad of literary, cultural, and historical sites and landmarks that are distinctive to the nation's capital.  Lose yourself in a city that makes history each day.  Discover classic sites such as the White House, the Capitol, and the Library of Congress.  Become more intimate with past presidents by visiting the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and the Roosevelt Memorial.

We invite you to join hands with us to:
     (1) earnestly pray for the 28th Conference;
     (2) actively promote the 28th Conference; and
     (3) prepare to register for the 28th Conference at

We will regularly keep you apprised of preparations for the 28th Conference.  It is our fondest wish to see you all at the 28th Conference.  May God's grace be with us all.

On Behalf of the Organizational Committee.

Rev. Ngoc Quan Ha
