As of today, we have booked 210 hotel guest rooms for our conference. This 210 rooms is a maximum allowed from the hotel management. We also know that many of you have requested for more hotel rooms and so for the last few days, we worked with the hotel staff to request more rooms so we could serve everyone.

The good news is that the hotel staff has graciously agreed to provide us some more guest rooms with following conditions

• We will have 10 King bed rooms at Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel. This is the hotel where will have our conference.
• We will also have another 10 Double queen bed rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport . This hotel is about 3.6 miles away from the conference hotel.

We will first reserve 10 guest rooms at Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel. Once we sold out, we will move to 10 rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport.

If you stay at  Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Airport, our transportation team staff will assist you going between the hotels.
