Important Note: We currently have 12 double-bed and 16 king-bed hotel rooms left
Important Note: Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel is the main conference location has no more guestrooms for us to use. We contacted with a near by hotel Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel and they agreed to allow us make reservation. This hotel is about 10 minutes away from Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel. If you registered with hotel rooms, you are agreed to stay with Crystal City Marriott Hotel. Please see more detail

Every full package registraion with full paid  BEFORE 02/28/2020, will automatically enter a drawing contest with following prize:

One (1) discount coupon of 100%  registration fee for full package for next year conference 37, 2021 for any registration with no more than 4 people (This discount will include hotel fee, registration fee, meal. This coupon does not include transportation expenses)

  • Last day for registration is: June 20th, 2020
  • Last day to receive discount: April 30th, 2020
    • Discount $25 for pastor, missionaries.
    • Discount $15 for everyone else with birth year before or on 2013
    • Discount only be used for full package (meals, hotel and registration) registration
    • If your registration have more than 4 people, please register the first 4 people, then contact our registration team to add more people.
  • Each hotel room can only accomodate maximum of 4 people
  • In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of 100% if you make the request by May 15, 2020. If request cancellation from May 16, 2020 to June 20, 2020, you will receive hotel fee and meal fee back, your registration fee will not refund. If cancellation make after June 20, 2020, no refund.
  • After June 20th, 2020, please come to the conference to make your registration. We will not able to provide meal and hotel room for you.

      • 2 - 5 years old: $0
      • 6 - 12 years old: $15
      • 13 + years old : $45
    • Hotel Fee: $420 / room / 3 nights
    • Hotel fee before conference: $140/room/night (Only for 6/30 & 7/1 nights)
    • If you want to stay at the hotel after the conference, please make your reservation directly with the hotel.
    • Meal Fee (9 meals):
      • 0 - 3 years old: Free
      • 4 - 12 years old: $50
      • 13+ years old: $100
  • Even if you have a small child under 2 years old, you are still required to register in order to receive meal tickets
