Mục sư Toàn hiện là Mục sư Mục vụ Anh Ngữ tại Hội Thánh Báp-tít Redeemer-Plano, Dallas, TX. Mục sư từng thành lập và quản nhiệm Hội Thánh Báp-tít Plano, Texas. Năm 2019, Plano và Redeemer sáp nhập và trở thành Redeemer-Plano. Trong Liên Hội, ông hiện là Giám đốc Cơ Quan Truyền Giáo Việt Nam (VMB). Ông cũng đang dạy Hy-ngữ Tân Ước tại VBTS.

Ông tốt nghiệp Cử Nhân Kỷ Sư Điện Tử từ University of Texas, Arlington, Cao Học Thần Học (M.Div.) từ Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, và Tiến sĩ Mục vụ từ Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nguyện vọng của ông là được tiếp tục giúp đỡ công tác truyền giáo cho người Việt, và khai triển khải tượng nghiên cứu Lời Chúa trong cổ ngữ. Mục sư lập gia đình với cô Mỹ Phương và có 4 người con, 1 trai , 3 gái, một dâu, một rễ, và một cháu nội.

Dr. Le is the Worship/English Pastor of Redeemer Baptist Church of Plano. He was the church planter and Senior Pastor of Plano Vietnamese Baptist Church, Texas and a former president of English Ministry of the Vietnamese Baptist Fellowship. He is curently serving as the Treasurer of Vietnamese Mission Board. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas in Arlington, a M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His desire is to continue to support Vietnam mission and raise the next generation leaders in North America. He and his wife, My Phuong, have four children, one son and three daughters.
