1.      If you have registered but have not paid, please do so before June 20, 2006.

2.      If you have registered but have not paid:
* After June 20, 2006, we will not reserve your meals (don’t worry, there are many restaurants nearby).
* After 3:00p.m. on June 30, 2006 (opening day of conference) we will cancel your room reservations.

3.      After June 20^th, all registrations and payments will be handled in person at the convention.

4.      At the convention, we will not accept credit cards.

5.      If you register at the convention, hotel rooms will not be guaranteed, and meal tickets will not be available for purchase (don’t worry, many restaurants are nearby).
