To:      Pastors, Missionaries, Church Leaders, and Members of Vietnamese Baptist Churches in the United States.
It is an honor and great responsibility for us to be entrusted with the task of planning for the 24th Conference in San Jose, California.  Despite the hard work ahead and our shortcomings, we believe God will prove Himself faithful in sustaining and providing us with what we need to make this event a success.  Besides, the support and enthusiasm received from the Vietnamese National Baptist Fellowship, U.S.A. as well as from other brothers and sisters, we; one more time, believe that the 24th Conference will be a blessing for all attendants; especially for those in our local churches thanks to this task.  On behalf of the Planning Committee, we would like to thank you for trusting us for the task and cordially invite all of you to come and attend this conference.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
To help us better plan for this event, we ask you to take part in this following process:
1.    Early Registration:  This saves you money.  Discounts will be given to those who register early. Furthermore; we, the planners, may be assured food, and other needs are well prepared as you arrive.
2.    Staying together in Marriott Hotel, Santa Clara (www.santaclaramarriott.com): In order to use its large conference hall with the capacity of 1200 people and other rooms, we have passed many hours in meetings with the hotel staff. Finally, an agreement has been reached: 150 rooms reserved at $99.00 (before tax) each night for a room with 2 beds for 4 people. Regarding the location for the conference, it is the center of many attractions: from unique shopping malls in Union Square, great Vietnamese or other ethnic restaurants that you will never forget their excellent tastes to the well-known theme park, “Great America”, the magnificent suspended Golden Gate Bridge, the renowned China Town, the notorious Silicon Valley, the extraordinary cable cars on busy streets in San Francisco, or the beautiful scenic splendors in Monterey, Carmel …All are next to the hotel or just a couple of hours away.  We desire that you would be all prepared for this occasion to stay in this luxurious hotel so that we could together spend this valuable time attending the conference and enjoy our fellowship as well.
