Shuttle Pick-up Times from DFW Airport

 

1. Please book your flight arriving at DFW Airport or Love Field Airport on Wednesday, 07/01/26, or Thursday, 07/02/26, in accordance with our recommended pickup hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
2. We will provide hourly shuttle service to the hotel from the designated meeting points at Gate 15 of DFW Terminals A, B, C, D, and E at the following times: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.
3. If you arrive at either of the above airports after 6:00 PM, please take an Uber to the hotel.
4. On Sunday, 07/05/26, please book your departure flight from DFW or Love Field Airport after 4:00 PM.

 

Shuttle Pick-up Times between Hotels

 

1. A 15-passenger van will pick up people from hotel to hotel every 30 minutes.
2. Drivers will pick up people for breakfast starting at 7:00 AM until the end of the conference day at 9:00 PM.

 

Directions to take the DART Train from DFW Airport to Plano, TX

 

Instructions - step-by-step guide for first-time visitors arriving at DFW Airport (Terminals E, D, C, A) who want to go to Terminal B to catch DART/Silver Line toward Plano, TX.

STEP 1 — Exit your arrival terminal

After landing at DFW Airport:

1. Follow signs to Baggage Claim / Exit
2. Go outside the terminal (Ground Transportation level)

STEP 2 — Take the FREE Terminal Link Shuttle (this is the key bus)

You need the "Terminal Link" shuttle (orange bus)

• It is FREE, Runs every ~10 minutes
• Stops at ALL terminals (A, B, C, D, E) 

Where to find it:

• Look for signs: “Terminal Link”
• Go to: Upper level curb (A, B, C, E), Lower level curb (Terminal D only) 

STEP 3 — Ride to Terminal B

• Board the Terminal Link bus with ORANGE COLOR
• Tell driver (optional): “Terminal B please”, Ride time: about 10–20 minutes 

STEP 4 — Walk to the train station at Terminal B

At Terminal B, do this:

1. Get off the shuttle and follow signs for: "DART Rail” “Trains / Ground Transportation”
2. Walk toward: Entry B49 area - Follow the covered walkway/tunnel to the station

This station connects to: DART (Silver Line), TEXRail

STEP 5 — Buy your train ticket

Per Person - $3.00

• Valid for unlimited rides for 3 hours
• Good if your trip is one-way and quick

  STEP 6 — Continue by taking the train to Plano, Baptist Conference.  

Silver Line (direct to Plano area)

• Exit the train at Shiloh Rd Station in Plano with your luggage.
• Call Pastor Xuan Tran at 469-670-5319 to pick you up to the Baptist Conference
