Hello! In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of 100% if you make the request by May 15, 2026. If cancellation request is from May 16, 2026 to June 20, 2026, you will receive hotel fee and meal fee back but your registration fee will not be refunded. If cancellation request is made after June 20, 2026, there is no refund.

You can either register as normal, pay your meals then contact Registration Team and we will refund the meals back to you. Or you can contact Registration Team with the people in your registration and we will register for you.
