Very important information below regarding the hotel.

This year, the Convention will use two hotels to accommodate attendees. Due to the limited number of guest rooms at the main hotel, the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center, we have arranged a contract with the nearby Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen to provide additional rooms. Please review the important information below.

• The main hotel, Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center, has 150 rooms with two beds and 119 rooms with one bed.

• The secondary hotel, Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen, has 30 rooms with two beds and 20 rooms with one bed.

• The distance between the two hotels is approximately a 5-minute drive (please see the map below).

• The Registration Team will assign early registrants to the main hotel, Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center, first. Once the rooms at the main hotel are fully booked, attendees who register later will be assigned to the secondary hotel, Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen.

• Registration Team reserves the right to give priority to the main hotel to elderly registrants.

• Please check your registration confirmation to see which hotel you have been assigned to.

• The Transportation Committee will arrange daily shuttle service between the two hotels for your convenience.
