There is a large number of people outside the United States who want to attend the conference and require the Organizing Committee to write a personal invitation letter to apply for a Visa to attend. Below is the information you need to know more.

1. The Organizing Committee of the annual Vietnamese Baptist Conference has not and cannot write personal invitations for any individual to attend the conference, whether he or she resides in Vietnam, the United States, or any other country.
2. The Organizing Committee is responsible for writing a general invitation online as a general announcement, both to encourage and remind God's children to attend the annual conference. This letter is primarily addressed to those who reside in North America referencing our organization, Vietnamese Baptist Fellowship of North America. However, if God's children from across the world can attend the conference with us, then praise God and thank you for your attendance. But the Organizing Committee is unable to address an invitation letter to any specific individual.
3. Every year, many denominations in North America and other countries often organize conferences and conventions similar to ours. If you are unable to attend our conference due to a lack of personal invitation, we hope you’d consider those other opportunities. Our position stands that we are unable to provide a personal invitation for any individual and we haven't for the past 39 years.
