Invitation Letter

Dear Pastors, Ministers, church Leaders, and fellow Christians,
I, Pham Hua Bao Trung, according to God's will and with the mandate of the pastors and leaders of Baptist churches in Atlanta, Georgia, accepted the call to be the chairman of the support committee for the 2024 Vietnamese Baptist Conference. I respectfully send you greetings and good wishes in the love of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Dear ladies and gentlemen, the 2024 Vietnamese Baptist Conference will be held in Atlanta, Georgia with the following details:
- Time: 7:00 pm Thursday, July 4th to 1:00 pm Sunday, July 7th, 2024.
- Location: Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel - 4711 Best Rd, Atlanta, GA 30337.
- Theme: Mature in Christ.
- Key Verse: Ephesians 4:13: “Until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man/woman, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ”
Attending this year's Conference, you will have opportunities to hear powerful messages from our keynote speakers revolving around the theme "Mature in Christ". You will also learn about the works that God is doing in the Vietnamese Baptist Union through reporting hours and will be able to participate in deciding the direction of the Union during the administrative session. The seminars during the Conference will help you equip the necessary knowledge and skills to serve God. The morning devotions will be opportunities for you to pray together with your brothers and sisters from all over the world. During the 2024 Conference, you will have plenty of time to fellowship and have fun with each other in talent shows and midnight breaks every evening after worship.
This year's special music program has the theme "Introducing New Authors and New Christian Works". Through this program, we want to introduce and encourage the composition of new Christian works so that the worship music treasure of our Union becomes increasingly richer and more diverse.
To meet the needs of different generations in the Union, the 2024 Conference will have programs specifically for Children (VBS), Youth (EM), Young Professionals (YP), adults (VM),...
In addition to the programs taking place at the Marriott Hotel, the Prayer Ministry will organize a prayer meeting on the evening of Wednesday, July 3rd at Emmanuel Vietnamese Baptist Church; and a Prayer Walk in downtown Atlanta on the morning of Thursday, July 4th. You are all invited.
On behalf of the Support Committee, I respectfully invite you to attend the 2024 Vietnamese Baptist Conference at the above time. Your participation will be a great encouragement to God's churches in Atlanta, and bring great success to our 2024 Conference; That success is: God's name is praised, and "...we... become full grown men/women, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”
