Invitation Letter

Dear Christian Fellows,
On behalf of the Local Support Team, I sincerely ask you to pray for our upcoming conference and invite you to begin registering for the conference. We're excited for you to join us at the 38th Conference, which will be held from June 29 to July 2, 2023, in Washington, DC.
Attending the Conference is an opportunity for us to experience:
- Being reunited with the family of the Vietnamese Baptist Union, and is a place to meet, exchange, bond and share friendship of God's people.
- Renew our commitment to the Lord, as when returning to our home, we continue to build up the local church.
- Witness the mighty arm of God still doing great things.
- Witness God's work growing in every corner of the world through us followers of Jesus Christ.
With “Equip” as this year's theme, we hope the 38th Conference will be an opportunity to share experiences about our path to serving the Lord. Each of us will complete the work God has entrusted to us, helping the church to overcome challenges and difficulties. Furthermore, our goal this year is also to encourage and support the younger generations to continue the path of serving the Lord. As a result, churches can have many people equipped for His kingdom.
The theme verse of this year’s conference is in Ephesians 4:11-12, "And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”
In the spirit of joy, the churches in the D.C. and surrounding areas joyfully welcome all the children of God from all over the world to attend the 38th Conference. The Conference in Washington, D.C. is an opportunity for the churches in the area to come together to welcome the Vietnamese Baptist Union family. May we have His joy and blessings in the days of the conference.
