Mục Sư Thắng là Mục Sư Mục Vụ Quốc Tế của First Baptist Church ở Pensacola từ tháng 10, 2008. Trước đó ông quản nhiệm Hội Thánh Báp-tít Việt Nam ở Orlando, Florida và từng hầu việc Chúa nhiều năm tại các nước Âu Châu. Ông học ở University of Cambridge, Vietnamese Theological College, International Bible College, Aarhus University, Florida Theological Seminary và Gateway Seminary. Ngoài việc quản nhiệm Hội Thánh địa phương ra, ông còn phục vụ Chúa trong nhiều chức vụ tại Âu Châu và Hoa Kỳ. Ông và vợ Jacqueline có ba người con.

Rev. Uc serves as the International Ministry Pastor at First Baptist Church of Pensacola since October 2008. Before coming to Pensacola, he served as the Senior Pastor of the Vietnamese Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida. He previously served the Lord many years in Europe. He studied at University of Cambridge, Vietnamese Theological College, International Bible College, Aarhus University, Florida Theological Seminary and Gateway Seminary. He and his wife, Jacqueline, have three children.
