Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

The 36th Conference Organizer Team has reached the decision in response to the rapidly changing and spreading of COVID-19. We are taking these actions in light of requests from our state government and, in particular, from our governor. These actions are taken with the intent of protecting the well-being and health of our attendees, leaders, and staff. We finally made the decision to cancel our 36^th Conference, even though we have to pay the penalty for the Hotel of $19,480. This is due to cancelling our contract before April 2. So we know we are negotiating with the Hotel to reduce this penalty.

Meanwhile, the registration team will begin to process the refund for those who have paid the conference fee. We will email a confirmation for your record after the refund was submitted. This process may take up two weeks before you will see your refund credited back to your Card.
